I purchased a new 2013 kia optima through this dealer 2 months ago, the salesman jeremey was very nice and accomadating and working with him was an overall nice experience, I got an OK price from them, and months ago, the salesman jeremey was very nice and accomadating and working with him was an overall nice experience, I got an OK price from them, and they worked with me to get financed. When I went to the finance office, I worked with jon, he was very nice, albeit a bit slow, which is understandable considering all of the paperwork. He went over all the packages they sell and I was sold into purchasing the care care package. Upon asking what it was, I was told that it covered many different services all bundled together to save money and that everything would be covered. It cost me $515 and come to find all it covers is a visual inspection and a tire rotation every 5,000 miles for only 60,000 miles! If something is found in the inspection, its NOT covered. Sweet. $515 for tire rotations. I usually do that in my garage for free! Live and learn I guess. First time I had to deal with the service department I had a speaker that would crackle at different frequencies, they said it sounds good to me! So I had to replace that on my own, now I'm having an issue with the sunroof seals and terrible wind noise, I can only imagine what they'll say... Sounds good to me! Would I recommend this dealer...? I'm not sure. I have yet to be given a solid reason to recommend them. The sales team is great, finance needs to completely understand and convey the products that they're selling to the customer and I don't have a whole lot of faith in the service department as of now. I guess time will tell. EDIT - well time told. I made an appointment to have three issues with the car fixed, smaller issues, none of which they fixed. I spent 3 and a half hours at the dealership on a Wednesday morning, they weren't busy, and all I had to show for it was an alignment.... More

We were driving by and decided to stop and see the Kia Soul and see if it would work for us. We got to looking and measuring it (we have a trailer we would haul it in) and found out it would fit. The room inside was unbelievable and we loved the way it drove. Our sales rep Matt Rettinger was very helpful in explaining the features of the Soul. Then we sat down to decussing trade in values...we were happy with the final price and drove it out of the dealership. After over 300 miles we are very happy with the car. We would recommend this dealer to friends, as it was recommended to us. More

I went crazy test driving my optima and other cars for a year, Debbie was always ready to answer questions. I settled on my optima not only for the great looking car, but the service as well. I am not one to usually write a review but after this experience I felt I needed to let everyone know how I was treated at this dealership. I am a middle aged woman and have bought quite a few cars over experience I felt I needed to let everyone know how I was treated at this dealership. I am a middle aged woman and have bought quite a few cars over the years and I have to admit that sometimes the experience was not the best...in fact I would have rather been having a root canal! Have you ever spent hours at a dealership trying to haggle a deal...You know what I mean. I cannot say that about this experience!!! NEVER before have I gone to a dealership where I was greeted by everyone and made to feel at home and at ease. Debbie came up to me and we started talking and I explained to her I was not there to buy a vehicle but wanted to check out the new Soul. She said that was not a problem and we went out and she told me all about the vehicle from the front end to the back end. She showed me all the neat options that were included on the vehicle and I did take a test drive...can I say I was in love...well I was! (I was driving my Kia Borrego and I didn't think I would ever find a car that I could love more than that car. I was wrong.) The next thing I knew I was filling out my credit app and within a few minutes I was signing all the papers and driving out of the dealership with a new car. It was such a nice time at that dealership. No haggling, no pressure, quick process, a great car, attentive staff. What else could you want in a car buying experience? Oh, did I mention I got a great price too? I highly recommend this dealership and my sales agent, Deb Zebuth. She is absolutely awesome. More
