Getting ready to go away for the weekend, my daughter hit a curb and tore a hole in the side wall of my rear right tier. Not comfortable driving a distance on the mini-spare tire, I called Mark at Del Chevy and he took care of everything. Marks, Thank You for all you do. As it is, my answer to the question of whether I would recommend this dealership would have been "maybe" if that were an option. I agreed to the GM Financing because I was repeatedly assured that my bottom line would be better than the bank financing I could have gotten at 2.74%. I did not see the actual number until I was signing the papers, even though I asked repeatedly what the GM Financing rate was. I will definitely be refinancing this purchase as soon as possible, but it will be at a higher refinancing rate rather than the lower new care rate. I made a mistake that cost me over $800, and I am definitely not happy about that. It is a serious detraction from what would otherwise have been a 5 star experience. More
