"No pressure, easy to do business with, pleasant experience" Really enjoyed our experience with Lee Menasof and Michael Carfago. We went in just looking at Tahoe's and Traverse's and were greeted by Lee. He was Really enjoyed our experience with Lee Menasof and Michael Carfago. We went in just looking at Tahoe's and Traverse's and were greeted by Lee. He was very nice and happy to assist us. We really enjoyed his style of "helpful and no pressure." He took the time to ask questions and really get to know what were were looking for. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles and and found what were we looking for, even know we had not idea! Michael introduced himself midway through our stay and offered assistance when needed. Another very personable gent who had a great personality and easygoing way about him. Long story short, we ended up purchasing a new Traverse and left a very happy client. Thanks again, Lee an Michael! More

Received the car back broken When I picked up the car after service and drove it home.., the car was broken and could no longer accelerate. Clearly nobody even took the time to test drive the car to make sure all was in order after spending $ 1600+ on service work. Does the mechanic care about his/her work? I guess not. The service rep throughout the entire service process was helpful. And, as a suggestion...returning a car washed after spending $ 1600 would be a nice touch.... More

I ran into some issues with my scheduled appointment. I called to cancel, but was told to still come in. I'm so glad I decided to. I walked in and met Bobby. He was THEE BEST. He made my car buying experience easy. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I felt at home. From speaking with the General Manager to the Finance person....all around hreat experience.
