THE GOOD: Dealership had a good supply of new Jeeps, which is still hard to find post-COVID unfortunately. Did a great job explaining and answering questions regarding trade in. Salesman was very know which is still hard to find post-COVID unfortunately. Did a great job explaining and answering questions regarding trade in. Salesman was very knowledgeable regarding the different models. We did not feel pushed in our decisions or towards one model compared to another which we have felt in other dealerships. THE BAD: Did a poor job with getting return phone calls, had to call back several times. In person, everyone was very friendly but seemed very unorganized in processes which created longer wait time. Had to return to pick up the vehicle because of a recall that was not not complete (understandable) but when we returned, the process of submitting the recall and clearing the recall was not done so, again, created more wait time.
