Made an online appointment to test drive a specific truck I was very interested in. They did not respect their own process and let someone else drive the truck even before I arrived. I never got to drive the I was very interested in. They did not respect their own process and let someone else drive the truck even before I arrived. Then the sales guy did not listen to what I wanted, kept trying to tell me he could get the same truck, he tried to sell me something I was not interested in. I knew what I wanted. No one else called me by name, it did not feel like I was important to this dealer. More
