Despite our best made plans, sometimes things happen that are just beyond our control. Such was the circumstances with my new vehicle purchase. My new vehicle must have had “the Covid” because it needed some are just beyond our control. Such was the circumstances with my new vehicle purchase. This was my 4th vehicle purchase from Deery! Overall, it was a great buying experience. Several small points left me frustrated. I was given a lower value for my trade-in and was told the reason was because was a great buying experience. Several small points left me frustrated. I was given a lower value for my trade-in and was told the reason was because they were only going to sell it for $31k, but later saw it listed for $32k. Despite having purchased multiple vehicles there before and also a relative who recently purchased a vehicle there, I was not eligible for any loyalty discounts. When I was in the finance office at the end, he had offered me 3 free oil changes and tire rotations, but when we haggled down a little more, he agreed to my price but said he couldn’t afford to keep the oil changes / tire rotations in the deal. When I pulled off the lot, I found a razor blade sitting on the dashboard that Marc said he must have left when was removing stickers. Lastly, I had a question about registration that I asked both my salesman and the finance person, but neither responded and so I had to postpone my vacation. More
