I believe they participate in the bait and switch philosophy of selling vehicles. They get you in there because you're interested in one vehicle then they'll tell you something's wrong with that and philosophy of selling vehicles. They get you in there because you're interested in one vehicle then they'll tell you something's wrong with that and switch you over to another vehicle at a much higher price. Nine days after purchasing a vehicle from them I had an issue with my check engine light... Nine days! When I contacted them they're a response to me was "well that happens". They did absolutely nothing to help with that situation. Come to find out the warranty that I had purchased or that actually had come with the vehicle was questionable. During the selling process or buying process I was steered away from the insurance company I wanted to use into one that they apparently have a deal with as admitted by the salesperson. He receives $100 for every person who purchases an auto insurance policy from a certain company. So I did it just so I could get off the lot. After checking things out I was able to come across the insurance company that I originally wanted to go to that would quadruple my coverage yet my premium would go down by $50 every single month. I would absolutely never purchase another vehicle from these people. I would absolutely never recommend anybody doing any kind of business with these people. Skirting the edges of unethical is an understatement. Steer clear of them. More
