Excellent service I was looking for a new pickup truck last. We drove around and window shopped on Sunday. Absolutely fell in love with this new Ram 1500. After expanding my search I found a Town & Country at Deery Brothers of Ames. It had most of the features I wanted and the price was competitive. I had a lengthy email conversation with Quentin, who quickly answered all of my questions. After receiving a value range for the trade-in we made the trip to Ames. Brian was very easy to deal with and the vehicle was detailed thoroughly. This may not seem like a big deal but I'm amazed how many dealers fail to clean their vehicles. The dealership is new and has a small area for kids, which is always nice. The negotiation itself was quick and the Manager gave me a very fair price for the trade-in vehicle. I always dread the sales pitch for financing and warranties, but Ben respected our time and it was painless. Brian called us on the drive back to touch base and make sure everything on the vehicle was working good. He also called me twice after I had a follow-up question on paperwork. I'm always on guard at dealerships, having had several horrible experiences purchasing cars . However the experience here was top-notch and I would not hesitate to make the drive again. More

We have purchased at the Deery Brothers in Pleasant Hill in a he past, but went with Ames this time and it was the best decision we ever made. We have had service work done here on two other vehicles and their service department is the best we have ever had. Our sales guy, Jason, was very low pressure and made us feel like we were buying the newest car on the lot. The finance guy, Ben, did an excellent job getting us the best deal possible, without any last minute "surprise" add one or changes. Could not have been happier, we will definitely be back when the time comes for another vehicle. More

Fast friendly customer service I found a listing online on the Deery Brothers website that I was interested in and left a message after 6pm I was interested in viewing the car... an I found a listing online on the Deery Brothers website that I was interested in and left a message after 6pm I was interested in viewing the car... and was contacted very quickly that I could come in right away and they'd have the car ready for viewing. I arrived in 20 minutes and they already had the car pulled inside and I was given a tour by Alfonso who was great and went over everything for me outside and inside the car, as well as under the hood and trunk. Alfonso was a great guy to work with, and never at any time was there a feeling of pressure to buy the car. (Although after the viewing I knew I loved the car already!) Matt back in service was great to work with as well so I could discuss the maintenance record on the car and anything they had done at the Ames shop as well before the sale. I highly recommend if you're in the market to purchase, asking for Alfonso when you set up a time or walk in! Ben was also great to work with on financing, he was also very friendly and got me a really good financing deal set up. Thanks guys - I went into this very scared about purchasing another vehicle as it had been awhile and all three made the process really easy. More
