Above and beyond I stopped in to look at a used truck they had, it was extremely cold out and yet Joe Battles came right on out to talk to me. After the test drive w I stopped in to look at a used truck they had, it was extremely cold out and yet Joe Battles came right on out to talk to me. After the test drive we went inside to talk about the price and my trade in value of the car I had. I ended up leaving to do some more thinking and to also talk with my wife, later that day I emailed him with a lower offer on the truck and after that we decided to meet halfway. When we went in to sing for everything we worked with Ben Praska the sales manager, he sat down with us and explained that he called the b as nk to get us a lower interest rate and also lowered the price further down then we originally agreed on plus gave me more for my trade. He also was extremely good with our 5 year old son, he put him to work loading the printer and let him help run the keyboard on the computer. I've bought alot of vehicles over the years and have never been treated that we'll. We will be back in the future to replace my wife's car. More
