Thomas R. greeted me as I drove into the lot and after providing some information we were in the car and driving within a few minutes. Thomas was concerned about exactly what I wanted. I didn't expect to purchase the car that day and I never felt pressured to do so however I clearly loved the car and Thomas simply asked if there was any way to get me in it that day. I said well I clearly am interested so make me a really good deal and we'll see. He made a very fair offer on my trade without all the games a lot of dealers play so I bought it. No high pressure for dealer add ons either. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. More
