I must say, these folks went above and beyond with the purchase of my vehicle. They had a car I wanted and they made that purchase happen. 0/10 Had a dead battery. Dropped vehicle off to get it replaced. Did not hear anything back from them for 2 days. Told me battery was on back-order. Decided to get a off-bran Dropped vehicle off to get it replaced. Did not hear anything back from them for 2 days. Told me battery was on back-order. Decided to get a off-brand replacement battery in the meantime. Took another 2 days to get anything concrete on what was going to happen. Decided to go in and see what was going on on the 5th day waiting. The car had the replacement battery in and we were not even notified. It would have sat in the lot for who knows how much longer just waiting to be picked up even though we were never told it was ready. Overall took us 5 days to get some kind of fix implemented and then we were not even notified when it was able to be picked up. The representative we were able to talk to about finding out if the car was done told us she did not know anything about it and it was not her department. 5 days later I finally have a temp battery in the vehicle and have it back while we wait for the replacement to come in. Very poor communication and even worse when we went in and tried to find someone who knew what was going on. More

In fairness, I live 1,500 miles away. That said, it seemed as though they were responding with a robot. I'm a serious buyer, but felt as though I was being regarded as an aggravation, rather than some seemed as though they were responding with a robot. Very dissatisfied Everyone was nice but very pushy and did not care about my preferences they just cared about making commission on new cars.
