I had scheduled a service appointment on-line, but when I showed up for it, I was not on the schedule. Warren was very nice and helpful and informed me that they have been having problems with the on-line sc showed up for it, I was not on the schedule. I told him that it was ok and I could reschedule since I could see they were very busy with service appointments for the day, but Warren insisted that he was going to get me in today. It was really nice that he took the time to work with me and make sure I got what I needed instead of just saying they were busy and I would have to reschedule.
