Worked with a dishonest sales consultant. I was searching online and came upon a used vehicle from this dealership that was such great deal. So I decided to give them a call and spoke to Kayvon the sales consultant about the vehicle. He was a very nice guy to talk to and told me the whole history of the vehicle. The vehicle had a clean title, no history of accidents and just seemed to be pristine condition in the pictures. I asked him if the vehicle all original, if the body panels lined up, if all the vin # present and has been repainted which he replied the car is all original, no paint work, in pristine condition and that I won't be disappointed. He's never seen a used car in that condition. So I bit the bullet, put $500 down on the vehicle and had my wife take off work on a weekday to go purchase the vehicle with me. We drove 320 miles (5 hours) through periods of hail, sleet and rain just to find out that it was just all a lie. After visual inspection, it was clear the front bumper of the vehicle was replaced. The paint was darker than the whole car, the front bumper didn't quite line up on one side and there wasn't a vin #. It was so obvious that a blind man can see the difference in paint color even though he denies it at first stating he has a vehicle that was like that too, must be the brand. The guy must have thought I was ignorant. There was also a little gap between the headlight and bumper and while looking through I could see some pop rivets on the headlight support bracket that must be holding the bumper or something together. The vehicle was probably in some front end collision but did not show up on the autocheck. I was so mad deep down inside but I just kept my cool. Disappointed by the vehicle and the salesman for being dishonest not disclosing this information to me, I got my money refunded and we drove back home. To those of you who plan on buying a used or new vehicle at this dealership I strongly advise you to work with anyone but Kayvon. This guy is a liar and will say whatever to get your money. I have purchased four vehicles at Deery Brothers since 2010. The customer service, knowledge of the vehicle, patience, communicarion skills, friendliness, and professionalism was outstanding. I have never experienced such a complete "package" of a team of employees truly caring about or for a customer. I never felt pressured. In fact the whole experience looking and eventually buying was fun, relaxing, and exciting. The service department is another area that has always been simply outstanding. I have never been to a dealership that literally bends over backwards to make something right. Warren Humphrey, in particular, has stood out everytime I come in for service. For over three years I have been working with him. He returns calls promptly with answers to my questions and will always make the time to look over my vehicle and give me a professional and knowledgeable answer as to what needs to be done or not done. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to me and I can always see that in a person immediately. Warren has that quality about him. I haven't even begun to praise the rest of the staff. They are so well-trained, so friendly, always smiling. The bottom line with Deery Brothers is the team factor, those that greet, answer the phone, call me to see if everything is what I expected, stop and say hi while I'm waiting for my vehicle in the waiting room.
