We recently went shopping for mid-sized 4-door luxury and stopped at Deery Bros. to look at the Lincoln MKZ. We were pre-disposed to Lexus or Acura, but the pointers from Bill on the Lincoln value propositi stopped at Deery Bros. to look at the Lincoln MKZ. We were pre-disposed to Lexus or Acura, but the pointers from Bill on the Lincoln value proposition resulted in us driving home a new MKZ that very day. Of course the car is beautiful, but Deery made it easy and attractive to buy not only that car, but feel really good about the dealership experience from the first test drive to the closing. The business agent was also friendly and nobody pushed us to do anything uncomfortable. Hopefully, service won't be an issue care of Lincoln/Ford quality (our first Lincoln and purchase from Deery), but we are left with promise that any need will be cared for by an experienced team in a clean, inviting dealership. More

I've had horrible experiences in the past with car dealerships---salesmen that seem pushy & pressuring you with "limited quantities, you must buy now!" bologna. I needed a new car so my husband & I we dealerships---salesmen that seem pushy & pressuring you with "limited quantities, you must buy now!" bologna. I needed a new car so my husband & I went to Deery Brothers Ford because we didn't care for the service we got at a dealership close by. We were helped by a nice, young man named Kayvon. He was approachable, genuine, & very friendly. Those qualities to came across right away. He is the kind of car salesman that all salesmen should observe & strive to be like. I hate being pressured into anything, and he wasn't like that at all. He explained everything very well, and in the end he got us the best deal we had hoped for! We weren't even expecting all the features we got with our new car! As for the financing, very low interest---wow!---and the two men that helped us with that, Gary & E.J., were also very nice & explained things well--no pressure from E.J. either. he gave us some good advice! We felt very comfortable the entire time & left with a good feeling. Thanks guys!! More

I had a very good experience with Deery. They found the exact car I wanted and didn't push to get "extras" that I didn't want or need. I was in the market for a new or slightly used truck, spent many hours on the internet and on the road trying to do my homework as best as possible. I had a very bad experience with the Nissan dealership spent many hours on the internet and on the road trying to do my homework as best as possible. I had a very bad experience with the Nissan dealership in Cedar Rapids. This certainly was not the case with Bill or Deery brothers. Bill was very professional, shook my hand looked me square in the eyes,told me there was no stupid questions, and belive me there were alot to ask. You know when you spend that much money you dont want to be pressured into any decision. We were offered water for us and our doggies, left twice to make my decision. Once I had made my decision all the paperwok went smooth and quick. I would like to recomend Mr. Spurrells and Deery brothers services to anyone. They all told me they wanted to make it as easy as possible to end up with a good deal. I feel very good about my purchase. The courtsey and attitude go along way with me. I would definitely use there services again. The price I got was well within bluebook. More
I am not an easy man to impress. I EXPECT exceptional customer service and quality, especially when it comes to auto and home shopping. With this said, I cannot say enough about Deery Ford. From the time we contacted them until we drove off the lot, all in ONE DAY, we were constantly thrilled with the quality of customer service and their finance dept. We left with a newer model SUV with payments we were comfortable with and the knowledge that if we had a problem we could go back to them with confidence they will take care of us. Now let me also note that we were there to rebuild our credit. We did not walk in there with gobs of money to put down or with 900+ credit. They understood and bent over backwards for our business and make us feel as though our comfort was their #1 PRIORITY! Thank You Deery Ford! You've earned our business! More
