I really enjoyed my experience at Deery Brothers. Woody Sims was fantastic--he's friendly and takes the time to get to know you, and he's not at all pushy or just trying to make a sale. I gave an overall 'GREAT' rating because all aspects of our experience met or exceeded any expectation we would have working with any respectable dealership in our area. Scot and EJ both worked outside of our experience met or exceeded any expectation we would have working with any respectable dealership in our area. Scot and EJ both worked outside of business hours and even during time off to meet our scheduling needs. We are happy with our purchase and feel as though we not only made a good choice...but a safe vehicle choice for our 16yr old daughters first car. I was rather hesitant to go to a large dealership for a vehicle because my credit is nothing fantastic. He was absolutely wonderful with us. He did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and to get a vehicle we really liked. I would recommend Deery Bros and Steven Peacock to anyone I know looking to buy a new car. More

Bought a used Pontiac Grand Prix GXP off the used car lot, turns out that it had some issues that Deery Brothers may not have known about at time of sale... within a month of purchase, I noticed some oil lot, turns out that it had some issues that Deery Brothers may not have known about at time of sale... within a month of purchase, I noticed some oil usage issues... I started working with them to get this rectified, 13 months later, the work to rectify this issue was carried out and Terry Adams helped make things right with me, very right.... this is what integrity looks like... thank you thank you!! Kavyon, Steven, and the rest of the Deery Team helped me through the process, were very informative and understanding, and made the experience a positive one. I am also in the sales and service field, and the highest compliment I can achieve for my business is a referral to an industry or community partner. I will gladly refer your dealership to any one of my friends who are in the market for a new vehicle. The end result is a new car, but the important part of the process is the people. Curtis and all other dealership employees went out of the way (actually above and beyond) to find the vehicle that met o the process is the people. Initially, I took my King Ranch F-150 to Deery Bros to have some service work done on it and needless to say Warren Humphrey went above and beyond the call of duty working with an outside Warranty Company have some service work done on it and needless to say Warren Humphrey went above and beyond the call of duty working with an outside Warranty Company in getting the work that needed to be done on my King Ranch up to tip top shape. When I went to pick up my King Ranch I spotted an F-250 Ford Super Duty Diesel that I just couldn't let go by without taking a look. When I was out looking Chad Heinig came within seconds to see if there was anything he could help me with. He was so knowledgeable and non preassuring that I just had to call my husband and have him come to Deery and test drive the F-250. It was love at first site and Chad Heinig and Patrick Eads did a grand job in making it become a reality that we are now proud owners of a New 2011 F-250 Ford Super Duty Diesel. Additionally, Gary Minikus did an awesome job in handling the financing issues. Thanks to all for being such a great team. More
Needed a car for my son, who wanted to try a Focus. Wasn’t sure how best to proceed, with all the resources and dealer inventories available online--eventually chose to just call our local dealer, and Wasn’t sure how best to proceed, with all the resources and dealer inventories available online--eventually chose to just call our local dealer, and set up a test drive—Kayvon happened to answer. He was a pleasure to work with, as was E.J. Lehman, the Sales Manager. They could not have been more friendly, courteous, accommodating, etc., despite it being a holiday weekend. After some test driving elsewhere and deciding to go with the Focus, Kayvon checked other dealers, found the model with the exact colors and options we chose, and seamlessly arranged for the car to be brought in promptly and at no additional cost to us. Admittedly, we did not end up negotiating much over price—-the car was not just sitting on their lot--so we were probably good customers in that sense, but there were some good rebates at the time, and the resulting bottom line price was quite reasonable based on what I found the going rates to be on the internet. We were cutting it close on the rebate deadline, but they made it work with no hassle even though they did not originally have the car in stock. All things considered, they made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible...and my son is super-happy with the car... More
