Terrible Service Experience (or lack thereof) I've never had an issue with any car in the past that couldn't be dealt with in a matter of days. So when three different warning lights came on (incl I've never had an issue with any car in the past that couldn't be dealt with in a matter of days. So when three different warning lights came on (including ABS, Traction, Backup Assist and Cruise Control failure) I called to get it serviced and was told it would be at least a week to even have some look. Not only that, but could make zero estimates on how long it would take to fix even once the problem was diagnosed. I keep trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but have had issues relating to communication of appointments, loaner cars being unavailable, only calling my husband back instead of me, oil changes that were owed to us that mysteriously disappeared in their computer system, and to be quite honest, just a bad service department and sales experience in general. We CANNOT WAIT to get rid of this Chrysler Pacifica in the near future. Good riddance to former Adel Chrysler and Deery Brothers. More

They lost my business forever including buying new or used So I never post but I feel I need to voice m I am a Dodge owner and bought many of them. They lost my business forever including buying new or used So I never post but I feel I need to voice my experience at Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Waukee. So I have been having issues with my headlights on my car. I replaced my headlights 3 times within 6 months and I replaced my fuses for them and my relays were good. Then couple of night ago my left headlight went out and my fuses were good and everything, so I called around and Deery was the most expensive to run a diagnostic test at $150!! Everyone else was $100, I thought well I have an extended warranty so will not cost me anything, well for was wrong. I took into Deery brothers in waukee and I told them everything. I said it is not the bulbs or fuses or relays period. I stressed this point, I said it’s probably electrical. They said ok we will look. So, hours later they call me and say it’s a burnt out bulb. xxx I say, I say No. they say it is we swapped the bulbs and the other one works on the left side it’s the bulb. I said did u test a brand new bulb in both sides? (As again might be not enough power somewhere to pull power to both of them) They said no, I trust my technician. I said I am not saying that, I am saying u not looking in right place. This is after they gave me an estimate for $700 for new headlights. $700! Really?! I said did u check the module, the tpmi? Nope, not make a difference or some crap they said. I said did u reset the computer (to get rid of default if there is one? This was after showing them a left headlight issue on Dodge Caliber on YouTube) they said No, that’s a different car line. I said it’s same manufacturer and dodge forums are rampant on this issue. (I have a Dodge Charger). By this point, I am fuming because they not listening to me and treating me like an idiot. Deery was so rude. They honestly would not listen to me or take what I was saying at all. I told them u can replace lights they act normal then goes out a week or month later. They not care and I was paying them $150 to tell me it’s a burnt out bulb! No kidding the bulb not working is why I brought it to you. This dealership is brand new in waukee and I will never ever go back period. I will not buy a car from them or take a turd there either to have them polish it because I feel taken advantage of there. It was like having a flat tire and someone coming along and asking if u have a flat tire and I am the one saying. Yes, I do thanks for telling me and here is $150 for telling me. Appreciate it 🙄. Did not appreciate the extra cost with diagnostic and added I felt as if the individuals working in the service center were very “green”. I know this is a new location however I would expect certified individu I felt as if the individuals working in the service center were very “green”. I know this is a new location however I would expect certified individuals answering phones and points of contact for service. I felt as if I had to walk them through step by step. Hopefully time will help improve overall knowledge of the service department and front office staff. I do have to call out that Tom (sales) was amazing to talk to and he truly represents a top performing associate. More

I handed them the parts it couldn’t get anymore broken. Since I had the Jeep in I figured I would have some other warranty work done and have my radio replaced. After having my Jeep for a month waiting on the radio I get a call telling me my battery is now dead and that is another $300 repair. Upon picking up my Jeep I was presented with a bill for over $1000. Upon reviewing I discovered they did recall work that I declined to have done - mind you they had it in the bill, a sticker under my hood and documentation in the passenger seat upon me having a melt down they came back and said sorry we didn’t do the recall our mistake. This still did not explain why my bill was almost $400 more than I expected. Upon further review it was discovered they charged me for my battery replacement twice. After I left the dealership upset and headed to my next appointment I decided to check how the replacement plug looked - they didn’t fix it!! Said I declined to have the work done. Now why would I decline to have it fixed when that is what I took my Jeep in for in the first place... further if I declined the work I would not have left my Jeep for a month I would have picked it up right away and waited for the radio to arrive. After a second melt down the service manager fixed it for “no charge” however I paid $130 to have them confirm the plug was in fact broken after handing them the broken parts!! I will never step foot on this dealers lot. They are liars, do not communicate and seem to do whatever repairs they feel are necessary. More
