Very dissatisfied Initially I was pleased with my visit here. Found a vehicle I liked, at a price I could afford as it was a 2nd vehicle for work and winter purposes. W Initially I was pleased with my visit here. Found a vehicle I liked, at a price I could afford as it was a 2nd vehicle for work and winter purposes. Was told needed no work and was a local trade. I was told tires were good and everything on vehicle is great. If I got the vehicle they'd fix the cracked windshield. I agreed to get it. 2 days later I picked up the vehicle. As I was getting off the interstate and braking the steering wheel began to shake and vibrate. Bad. But, I assumed maybe because it's an older vehicle and hadn't been driven for awhile. After all, I was told an inspection was done and everything in vehicle was good to go and needed no work done. I kept stressing that I needed a vehicle that was good to go and didn't need work. It would do that consistently so I let the dealership know. They told me the rotors probably needed resurfaced and would cost about 150!! I only had vehicle for 2 weeks at this time and only put about 200 miles on it!! I was already upset because I haven't made a payment yet and spent 1500+ on an additional warranty along with the 6000 warranty they have!! Took it in and the rotors were so bad, they couldn't be resurfaced said it would cost me $250!! I said no. I was charged 38.84 for the inspection!! I was furious!! The car salesman told me inspection was done and was good to go!! I asked if the vehicle was inspected, she said yes and any work needing to be done would've been reported to manager. Well he didn't release that information to me!! I paid over 300 for new brakes AND rotors!! You can't put old brakes on new rotors. And they looked at the tires, and guess what?! I was lied to by the salesman on those too!! The guy said I need new tires IMMEDIATELY these are very close to blowing out!! So I spent another 625!! And I still haven't made a payment yet!! I haven't had the vehicle for even 30 days yet!! I am so pissed and will never go back to this dealership!!! More
