I purchased my son's first car for him and the entire process was a nightmare. We bought the car on a Tuesday and it wasn't ready to go until Friday. I was told it would be available at 8:45 Friday morni process was a nightmare. We bought the car on a Tuesday and it wasn't ready to go until Friday. I was told it would be available at 8:45 Friday morning. When we arrived to pick it up the salesman (Zion) told me they forgot to detail it and it would take 2 more hours. On Tuesday when we bought the car, there were 2 keys, and they somehow managed to lose one of the keys in the process. After getting lied to and getting the runaround about how they would get me a new key fob, I am still without it. I've decided to go to another dealer other than Deery to get the 2nd key programmed, which is now going to cost me more money. To top it off, when i did finally leave with the car, it was at a quarter tank of gas, so I got to spend $59.91 in gas before I could even drive it home. Zion the salesman tells you what you want to hear and never follows through. I will never deal with Deery Waukee again. Terrible experience! More

Bought a New Jeep in early October and noticed the spare had a scratch on the wheel. Never once got called back, but stopped in twice and was told to expect a call to schedule getting it fixed.
