Well, what happened was… Never mind not important how I got there.. What is important is that some how I found myself face to face with Iman EmAduni the other day. I’m pretty sure Joel Horn whispered sweet got there.. What is important is that some how I found myself face to face with Iman EmAduni the other day. I’m pretty sure Joel Horn whispered sweet nothings in my ear. I believe he told me to go find this amazing being and buy a car (he didn’t but we will pretend like he did). Anyway the universe did what it did and I got to meet the most angelic, grinding, determined soul. She reminds me of myself I must say. I have NEVER in my life had an experience like this buying a car. The BBQ Gang (the name I have bestowed upon them) @ Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Waukee was the bomb! I purchased my son's first car for him and the entire process was a nightmare. We bought the car on a Tuesday and it wasn't ready to go until Friday. I was told it would be available at 8:45 Friday morni process was a nightmare. We bought the car on a Tuesday and it wasn't ready to go until Friday. I was told it would be available at 8:45 Friday morning. When we arrived to pick it up the salesman (Zion) told me they forgot to detail it and it would take 2 more hours. On Tuesday when we bought the car, there were 2 keys, and they somehow managed to lose one of the keys in the process. After getting lied to and getting the runaround about how they would get me a new key fob, I am still without it. I've decided to go to another dealer other than Deery to get the 2nd key programmed, which is now going to cost me more money. To top it off, when i did finally leave with the car, it was at a quarter tank of gas, so I got to spend $59.91 in gas before I could even drive it home. Zion the salesman tells you what you want to hear and never follows through. I will never deal with Deery Waukee again. Terrible experience! More
