Amazing!!! I have bought multiple cars at multiple dealerships and the way I was treated at this dealership can be described by only one word and that is spectac I have bought multiple cars at multiple dealerships and the way I was treated at this dealership can be described by only one word and that is spectacular!!! The process for purchasing my new vehicle started around 3 or 4 months ago. We couldn't come to a deal at first but I stayed in contact with James Reeder because I knew the only place I wanted to buy from was James at Adel Chrysler Dodge JEEP! when first arriving at the dealership I met James and within minutes met multiple managers(Ross Knobbe and Justin Saiz) and I immediately knew they all had my best interests in mind. James and I went through multiple vehicles and he went through each one in extreme detail to make sure I was getting the perfect vehicle. Ross Knobbe the GM also jumped in right away when I was trying to decide what the best vehicle to pick for me. Once we found the right vehicle for me and we started going through all of the paperwork Justin Saiz the finance manager did something that amazed me, he went through all of my credit history with me and this showed that he cared far beyond just selling a car, he truely wanted me to see how my credit score is and what is affecting it positively and what I can do better(just amazing)!! James, Ross and Justin were all simply amazing and this is obviously a great team I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family! More
