Recall I had an appointment at 8:00 am, to correct a recall, so I dropped off my key fob, in the night drop box, on my way to work then I walked to work. When I went to pick up my Jeep at the end of the day, they hadn't worked on it. I put the key fob in the drop box, however, failed to put it in an envelope so they didn't work on the car. They said that they thought I was a no show since they didn't have my key, which was still in the drop box. A phone call would have been appreciated when they thought I was a no show. The staff was friendly and apologetic, however, I was a little disappointed that they didn't make one phone call to us. More
