They started off with their selling strategies but me being me I cut it off right from the start. I had no intention on being there for any extended period of time. Been in the automotive business for quite sometime as a tech, service writer, manager and also a owner. What I found with the sales staff, financial staff and management is that they are all top notch and are extremely good at dealing with hard to deal with customers like myself. They will go completely out of their way to win you over. They still make you feel like you matter even though you weren't easy to deal with. I will definitely go out of my way again and drive out of town to their dealership even though there are similar dealerships near me. Soooo. If you want a small town feeling when you purchase your next car, truck, SUV or sports car I would definitely jump into your car and drive to adel iowa and see for yourself! Nearly 3 hours waiting I had an appointment at 11:00am, to have my oil changed and a recall taken care of. I was informed on the phone when I made the appointment, that it w I had an appointment at 11:00am, to have my oil changed and a recall taken care of. I was informed on the phone when I made the appointment, that it would take an hour and a half. I planned on having lunch to pass the time, but other than that, I was waiting there for my car to be done. When I arrived a few minutes before 11, I was told the bays were full and that it would be a while before they could get my car in to begin the work. I informed them that I would go and have some lunch while I waited. I received a call while at lunch, stating that they just got my car in to begin the work. This was around noon (an hour late). I finished lunch and headed back to the dealership, arriving around 12:40. My car was not finished until 1:45. When I had made my appointment, I told them that this was my first oil change, which is free if you buy your car from them. When I went up to the Service Counter to check out, the Service Manager told me it would be $74. I told him it was my first oil change, and it as supposed to be free. He said that he wished I had told him that when I checked in, which I replied that I had informed them of that when making my appointment - I probably should have mentioned it when checking in, so I take responsibility for that. When I was ready to leave, I asked where my car was parked (the parking was crazy when I arrived and I had parked a block away. The Service Manager pointed to the West and said it was parked "out there". I assumed this to mean that it was parked outside the Service Bay Doors area. I got outside and started looking around for my car, but it was not parked in that area, so I started walking out to the street. I found it down about a half block in the opposite direction I originally started looking. It would be better if they were to park the cars that are finished in an area outside the Service Bays to make it more convenient for people to find their cars. I realize that this will most likely be a "non-issue" when the new facility is finished (can't wait!), but in the meantime, customer convenience should be taken into account. As far as the actual work, everything seems fine. For the most part, the employees were friendly, but I did not appreciate the fact that the appointment ended up taking nearly 3 hours - almost twice as long as expected. More

Disappointing Bought a used vehicle October 8th that I had seen on Cars.com. Prior to my 4 hour travel to Adel, I had questioned what the warranty/inspection proces Bought a used vehicle October 8th that I had seen on Cars.com. Prior to my 4 hour travel to Adel, I had questioned what the warranty/inspection process of the vehicle was, but never really got an answer. I again asked the day of purchase if they had a warranty for any undisclosed issues, but again no answer. The vehicle looked fine, and drove fine, but as I drove to my hotel, I noticed the heating vents weren't working. When I got back to my hotel, I called the dealership twice, and got a busy signal both times. I then texted the issue to my salesperson who didn't respond until the next day with a fix he found searching Google. I have since sent him two emails with no reply, and also sent an email to the General Manager with no reply, It is now a week later, and I have no explanation or solution for my issue. More

Fast and do excellent work!
