Great mechanics- horrible management The mechanics do an awesome job. They take care of the vehicle and keep everything up to date. I can't say enough about them. The problem is, deery has fired all the previous management that you could trust and hired corporate management that is not trust worthy! The new management will do what's best for the company rather it hurts the customer it not. Oil changes are now 78.00 and they don't tell you that until after the work is done. I will never do business with this company again! More

Horrible service department I bought a Jeep from Adel Chrysler. I Had been happy with the entire staff. Then Derry bought they dealership. The service department, has NEVER b I bought a Jeep from Adel Chrysler. I Had been happy with the entire staff. Then Derry bought they dealership. The service department, has NEVER been the same. The service department is always trying to sell my wife things that aren’t necessary. The Jeep has been in twice, for the same problem. Fuel pressure issues. Scott, told me it was a charcoal filer. $ 360 i argues it wasn’t. Scott assured me it was. They said it was ready. My wife paid for it and tried to start it. It didn’t start. They had it for 6 more days. Scott said it’s ready. We paid $360 It left my wife standers again. Same problem. Now, Scott said it was no power to the fuel pump. I KNOW for a FACT. the fuel pump had power to it. I heard the pump. He said $930 for fuel pump replacement. I wish Adel family still owned the business. Looking for another dealership to work with. More
