Purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 beginning of December 2020 Got it home and realized the front bumper had a large dent in it that we DID NOT SEE THERE when we looked it over before buying. After reaching out to Chris (salesman) he worked with me to ultimately take care of the dent. The process did take awhile which I believe may have been slowed down by multiple departments needing to coordinate, etc. The end result was a bumper that no longer has a dent and I greatly appreciate the time and effort put in by Chris and all involved to satisfying their customers. My son had his car totalled out on a Monday night while parked at home. I called Deery on Wednesday when I was informed it was in fact being totalled out. Steve helped me with the process of filing his Gap parked at home. I called Deery on Wednesday when I was informed it was in fact being totalled out. Steve helped me with the process of filing his Gap insurance and cancelling his extended warranty. I spoke with Dale a few times that day as well, and told him what Austin was looking for & could afford. He went out of his way to make sure Austin got a safe & reliable car. By the following Wednesday, Austin was in his new car and smiling ear to ear. Thank you to all of you for going above and beyond to take care of him 🙂 More
Hello all i wanted to share this because i been hearing lots talking about going to Deery dealer ship in waukee. please dont go and give them business. they are super shaddy and only out to take you an lots talking about going to Deery dealer ship in waukee. please dont go and give them business. they are super shaddy and only out to take you and your money. they could care less if you come back. i recently got a jeep gladiator from them. when i pulled it off the lot and drove it home. i had no cruse on a new ride. so next day i went to ask them about it. turns out they put the hard tops on wrong broke the adaptive cruse. the tops leaked. they tried to fix it more than three times. well in the buy back rules. they asked me to work with them instead of a buy back. i said ok and we kept going 22k on the truck 3 diffrent people that ended up quitting before we could make a deal. they wanted me to pay 10k for the miles i put on it while i waited for them to try to fix my truck. when i wanted a buy back from the git go. but worked with them because they made me fee like was best idea. well was not i never got a deal made because i did not think i should have to pay for the miles when i wanted a buy back right away. FYI i got it fix else where because they could not. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO DEERY IN WAUKEE. you will not be treated good or have good service. they only want your cash and then try to stick it to you in the end if you have issues. More

Easy going and probably one of my best experiences with buying a car so far. Lindsey was very down to earth and readily available whenever I had questions. Lindsey did a wonderful job giving as much detail as possible and wasn't overbearing or pressuring at all. I honestly have no complaints with the service he provided. If there was any criticism, it would be more directed towards the management. I was charged $500 for a fee that was security guard etching on the vehicle. Which helps if the vehicle was stolen off the lot or even if stolen after I purchased the vehicle. I felt this fee should be on the dealership and not the customer. Again, I had no complaints about Lindsey. I'd highly recommend working with him! More

Buyer Be Beware at Deery Jeep in Waukee: Bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee in late September 2019 and in the latest cold spell in January noticed a huge chip in the passenger doors pai Bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee in late September 2019 and in the latest cold spell in January noticed a huge chip in the passenger doors paint. Went to a body shop to get an estimate, and was told they could not touch it as there was filler on the door. Went to Dealership and spoke to the General Sales Manager and showed him the chip… He said it was the 6 layers of paint and we hit something. General Sales Manager had New Car Director look at it and he was very arrogant and condescending as he asked my wife what she hit. After we repeatedly told them we hit nothing they had the body shop guy come over and he immediately confirmed it was filler. I asked why there was filler on my brand new car and it was never disclosed to me and I got no answer. I told them I wanted it fixed correctly, and they said they would fill it and paint it again. I asked what will prevent it from happening again, and they said nothing. GSM told me to bring the car in on Monday morning and they would fix it and have a loaner for me. Showed up on Monday morning and there was no loaner. Service Advisor walked up to GSM and asked about a car, and GSM said to drive me to work and I would get a loaner when they got one in. Didn’t get a loaner until 1pm. Left several voicemails with the Owner/Principal of dealership and never got a returned call. Called body shop guy on the 4th day of them having my Jeep, and he said he dropped the vehicle off with Deery on the 3rd day at 9am. Called Service advisor and he said I was just about to call you, as your Jeep was dropped off. This dealership needs to learn you don’t treat customers like this and you need to be honest and not just do a band aid fix, but actually fix the damage they caused the right way not the cheapest way. Trust is everything in buying a vehicle and this dealer has lost my trust, and I would never buy another vehicle from them. More
