This does not address the root of the problem which is poor customer service. A proper response would include what is being done to address the issue of poor customer service. So, what is being done? My experience last night made it quite clear not everyone on the team is striving to meet/exceed expectations. I suggest Deery upper management get together as a whole to set internal expectations on the level of customer service expected of employees. You're not going to retain customers like me if this doesn't happen. Just one employee with a bad attitude can ruin the whole customer experience, regardless of the exceptional level of customer service others on the team are clearly striving for.

I hope that is the case and I hope customer service improves. It turns out the vehicle does not have floor mats. I've asked for the dealership to provide replacements and it doesn't sound like that's going to happen unless I pay. I really do hope you reconsider. After all said and done, it's a reasonable request.

It seems the only way to get a response from Deery is through this website. I texted Jessica to resolve an issue with warranty paperwork. She had promised to take care of it on 3.14.2020. I followed up with her via text on 3.18.2020 to find out she is unfortunately sick and referred me to Steven Shea. I sent Steven an email on 3.18.2020 and still have not heard back as of today 3.21.2020. The issue is that when talking with Jessica and Steve, we made it clear that we wanted a warranty that would last the life of the loan (in this case 7 years). The paperwork correctly indicated an 84 month loan so I signed the paperwork. It as only after the fact while I was looking at warranty information did I notice that the paperwork incorrectly states that the warranty will expire on 9/21/2025. It should expire on 3/5/2027 (7 years after my purchase). This needs to be resolved ASAP.
