The other two kept shuffling numbers, stats, cars etc etc kind of made me think that I was getting deceived (first it was silver then black metallic, but really just plain stone black,; sales price was military price which was quoted, etc . I guess typical car dealers . overall I am very pleased with the vehicle. More

10/10 Experience We were just beginning our car shopping and stopped at the Dean Team to look at an X60. It didn't meet our needs and then decided to check out the XC We were just beginning our car shopping and stopped at the Dean Team to look at an X60. It didn't meet our needs and then decided to check out the XC 90. This car immediately came to the top of our list. Kurt did a fantastic job of listening to us, tolerating our two young sons, and being responsive our needs and questions. After asking how to earn our business, we shot back a number that we didn't really expect to be met. However, Kurt and Scott pulled out of the stops and get us where needed to be. This has been by far our best car-buying experience and I intend to return for our next car buying opportunity. Joe did a stellar job of showing us all of the technology gadgets on our new XC 90 in the short amount of time we had to work with. Thanks to Kurt, Scott, and Joe for a fantastic experience! More
