Awesome Experience I was not intending to purchase a vehicle so I went to look at a few dealers that morning. I had a crap experience at a different place. I drove into Dean Team Volvo expecting to be frustrated again. This experience was the total opposite. Alen was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered my questions that day, and through the following week. The night I came back to buy my car was efficient and super easy experience. I was not intending to buy a car yet because I expected the process to be a pain. It wasn't, I bought the car and would absolutely recommend! More

Out of state purchase This is my first purchase out of state I was slightly uncomfortable since I was not physically there to drive or see the overall conditions of this ve This is my first purchase out of state I was slightly uncomfortable since I was not physically there to drive or see the overall conditions of this vehicle,it was a good deal an a one owner car so I took a risk called Gordon govert salesmen asked few questions seamed transparent and responsive also was upfront the car was a buyback and problem was fixed by car manufacture I asked for a walk around over phone didn't hesitate to do it so I proceeded with doing my own research on the car all was confirmed through my local dealer with vin number . Purchase over phone was a bit of process as they were extremely re checked everthing twice verification of identity. Gordon wad patient would recommend him. Samuel in Venice beach los Angeles. More
