Good purchasing experience. ZERO follow up on promises made My purchasing experience was good. However, they were to send me a key FOB that was missing and a bottle of touch up paint. Left at least 10 message My purchasing experience was good. However, they were to send me a key FOB that was missing and a bottle of touch up paint. Left at least 10 messages for salesman and the sales manager with ZERO responses. I didn't realize until I was a few miles away but gas tank was empty when when I drove the car off the lot. More

Professional Sales, with a no pressure attitude! I have worked wit Larry in the past and in my opinion his services is the standard when it comes to automotive sales! His no pressure sales attitude I have worked wit Larry in the past and in my opinion his services is the standard when it comes to automotive sales! His no pressure sales attitude was super-seceded by his vast experience in finding the "right fit" vehicle. I had set an appointment with him identifying the 3 vehicles I was interested in, and upon my arrival; all 3 vehicles were parked out front and running. In the end, those vehicles were not the ones for me, so he found one on the internet, and another location, made sure it was ready to show as well as test drive, and drove me to that location to check out the vehicle. It was time well spent and an excellent experience. More
