Just purchased an XC60 Recharge Plug-in Hybrid. I worked with Jamel Heard and his sales manager Brian Jackson. The transaction was pretty painless. There was not a lot of back and forth as is typical with a new car deal. They seemed very transparent. At the end of the transaction, I felt we both got a fair deal and I didn't feel ripped off as I have felt with prior new car purchase transactions. Jamel was extremely knowledgeable about the car and I trusted his input. I love that he offered to meet with me the week after to review operational stuff on the car, answer questions, and provide his input on how to set things up. I think he really knows his stuff. Brian was very personable and easy to relate to. His calm, relatable manner helped instill trust. More

I am in Colorado and online I found the Volvo XC 90 my wife wanted at Dean Team Volvo in St.Louis. It takes a bit of trust to buy a new car online /out of state. Without reservation I can say that my experience with the Dean Team and my Sales Person Tracy Hogan was the best experience I've had buying a new car. The professionalism, knowledge, and the communication skills of Ms Hogan were truly outstanding. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience working with her.
