Grant is also a straight shooter in the finance area, and he alerted me to a potential problem with my understanding of gap coverage that I hadn't ever thought about--he worked in the insurance industry for a time, so he knows what he's talking about. I feel better I won't get shortchanged if I have a total loss when I bring my car overseas to my next assignment, now--thanks, Grant.
