Wow. This is something I have never done before, write a review. There is always a first time. Alen in the service department could not have been any nicer and accommodating when I went in to get an addi review. There is always a first time. He made sure that my service was expedited and was attentive to my waiting time as well as update me as to when I would have my service completed. From Bob in the used cars who sold me the car, to Ray a new car sales person who was just plain friendly and asked how he could help, to the GM Scott and the Finance Director Grant, my experience was excellent. My experience at this dealership was far better than my experience at the other Volvo dealership in town. I guess I made the right choice coming to The Dean Team! JR More
