The staff at the service desk ignored me they did not greet me once i drove my vehicle into the bay as instructed by one of them. However, i did receive great service by the cashier very friendly and greet me once i drove my vehicle into the bay as instructed by one of them. However, i did receive great service by the cashier very friendly and polite. The service staff should work on their disposition its very rude not to be greeted when entering. I had an appointment for Thursday so i put my vehicle in a space walked in and was never given an opportunity to explain that my appointment was for the next day before i was dismissed being told i needed bring my vehicle inside. Once inside i was there for approx 10 minutes or more without acknowledgement. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. More

Jennifer listened to my needs and from there explained the differences between the exterior and interior styles and features. She was informative and I did not feel pressured. After my car was purchased and detailed, Jennifer sat with me in the car and walked me through the infotainment system and was able to answer all of my questions. Overall, a nice experience. More
