Paul was absurdly pushy and refused to answer questions. We could not even see the inside of the vehicle until he got all our contact information and began filling out a buyer form. Paul consistently left us to take a call or talk to a new customer who walked in. To talk to him we had to speak inside his recorded office. The car we wanted to see was knocking, had no gas, and was dirty. For a service to be completed which would hopefully fix the issue we would have to already buy the car. Overall I am disappointed with Paul as we were prepared to buy but his rudeness and the lack of care they have towards high-end vehicles made me rethink my purchase. The car dealership itself has its employees smoking outside of the front entrance. All of their pre-owned vehicles are sitting outside whether it be a Bentley, Porsche, BMW, or McLaren. Nobody offered us anything while we waited and the inside of the dealership was unclean and gross. Not to mention the car was listed way above Kelley Blue Book's value while being in awful condition.
