I first met Paul when he was helping my wife find a car. He was honest, fair and was willing to work with us to find my wife the car she really wanted. Well, she found it but the numbers weren’t quite righ He was honest, fair and was willing to work with us to find my wife the car she really wanted. Well, she found it but the numbers weren’t quite right but instead of wishing us good luck on our search he worked to get the number to where we needed it and now my wife has a car she loves! My wife is a hard person to impress but she was really impressed by Paul and appreciative of his help. So much so that she incouraged me to trade my car in a week later and work with Paul as well. We have a growing family and I needed a bigger car so I set an appointment up with Paul. He called the night before to let me know he had a car brought over from another one of their dealerships that I was interested in. I tried that car but wasn’t completley sold… then tried another, still wasn’t sold. Thinking I mignt not find what I wanted there, Paul mentioned a Ford Escape that i hadn’t noticed. Turns out it was a perfect match! Once again, Paul worked to get the numbers right so I could make this beauty mine. I hated to give up my 2 seater truck but the Escape has all the room I need for my wife and girls and it’s just a great vehicle. Paul was 2 for 2 in finding us a vehicle we love! He’s a friendly and personalble person and is not going to force you into a car you don’t want or upsell you. I feel like he is the type to work just as hard for you whether you are looking at a $200,000 car or a $10,000 car. Salesman like that are hard to find. We have 2 girls who will need cars eventually and we will for sure go to Paul and the Dean Team for their search as well. Everyone up there were friendly and very accomodating. Out fiance manger, Brian, was awesome as well and got us some great rates. Thank you Paul for all your help! We really appreciate it! When I returned to complete my transaction they were ready and had my future vehicle cleaned and Inside the building for me to look it over WOW. I was trying to get a new car before I moved to a new city to start a new job, so I was a bit crunched for time. Pat answered all of my questions promptly and accurately, and he was available via text during the day and evening to respond to my inquiries. In order to make sure I could pick the car up before I left town, he made sure it would be inspected quickly and that everything was in order for my purchase. What's more, he personally walked me through all the features of the car and helped me hook my phone up to the car's Bluetooth and other applications. He was friendly, helpful, and the consummate professional. Most of all, he was genuinely kind -- I could tell he really cares about his customers, and he really has a passion for the cars he sells! Pat continued to follow up with me even after I left the dealership to make sure that the car was running smoothly and that I was 100% satisfied.
