The car require some minor cosmetic repairs which Paul put in writing as we placed our earnest money deposit down on the car. As promised the cosmetic blemishes were resolved when we returned for the car. Paul was personal as well as very organized. He didn't waste our time. He presented the extended warranty options then respectfully accepted our declining any of the packages. We also found Shelby the assistant business manager helpful, straight forward and courteous. Lastly, Joe the technician did a great job walking us through the operations of the various screens and electronic/digital interface. We were more than satisfied with the personal, low key, no pressure approach by the Dean Team. I would recommend you guys to friends and family. More
