He showed me several cars that were in my budget. He answered my questions with authority & also shared information with me, that I didn't know to ask about. I did 3 test drives with Alen. He continued to be friendly, &, answered all the questions I had. I have owned my new Volvo now for 1 week. It is a beautiful car, &, I'm very pleased with the choice I made. I am giving the dealership a 4 star rating ONLY because I have only dealt with them for a week now.
