This place is the worse dealer in existence I walked into this dealer this morning with a pre-approval from my bank in hand. After speaking with Don about a car that was on their used car lot an I walked into this dealer this morning with a pre-approval from my bank in hand. After speaking with Don about a car that was on their used car lot and wanting to simply sit in it. He starts questioning my pre approval and refused to show my the vehicle. I wound up driving up the street to Kirkwood Audi where I was treated with respect and I ended up driving off in my new car in 45 minutes. Unless you're interested in being treated rudely and discriminated against, I would highly advise that you stay far away from this dealer!!! More

Dean Team Makes it Easy I have now purchased two cars at Dean Team. Both times have been very pleasant. Allen Was great two years ago in the sale of a Range Rover and still I have now purchased two cars at Dean Team. Both times have been very pleasant. This time, Brandan greeted me immediately and was happy to show me three entirely different options. He quickly got a sense of what I was looking for and helped me decide on my purchase. He worked with me and made it fun the whole time and even brought me Starbucks the morning I picked up my car! I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be. Dave in finance is organized and explains all options. Can't say enough about the people. My only suggestion for their process is not to list a military discount as a deduct from a price. Then when you buy it's the first thing added back. This is an unpleasant dealership policy if that's what it is. Other than that, great experience! The service team is great too! More
