I love my Volvo but I have over 150,000 miles on it and I was looking for a new car with a dealership closer to my home. While searching the websites I came across a BMW that I was interested in. Even though there is a BMW dealership near my home I saw a better deal at the Volvo dealership. When I came to test drive the car I felt like it was smaller than I expected it to be but it had all the bells and whistles that I wanted at a price I could afford. A few days after purchasing the vehicle I really couldn't get over the size. I called my salesperson, Gordon, fully expecting him to say "I'm sorry but you signed on the dotted line and there's nothing that can be done". Instead Gordon consulted with the general manager and they worked with me to find a vehicle that suits my family's needs better. We are so happy with our new vehicle. I would like to thank Gordon Goevert, Scott Varnum and the Dean Team Volvo for their help and support during my purchase. More

Purchase of XC90 Incscription I had reached out Dean Team of Brentwood after bad experience trying to purchasing new XC90 with another Volvo Dealer in the St. Louis area. Todd Tre I had reached out Dean Team of Brentwood after bad experience trying to purchasing new XC90 with another Volvo Dealer in the St. Louis area. Todd Trentham, Sales person at Brentwood was knowledgeable and courteous. Todd listened and understood what we wanted in the XC90. He was very patient with my wife and me as we considered different options and colors. Todd did not try to push something from inventory that we really didn't want. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience working with Todd. The reason I didn't provide full 5 starts has to do with extended warrantee portion (Todd did not handle this part). I was interested in purchasing Volvo's extended warrantee but only a third party option was provided. I only found out it was third party warrantee after asking about it. This could have been handled better. It seems to me that Dean Team was pushing the third party warrantee instead of the Volvo extended warrantee that I was interested in. More
The most painless car purchase I ever made! We'd been shopping for a couple months and knew what we wanted when we walked in. Brandon was extremely helpful and worked on our schedule and wish list - there were no games at this dealership. Once we decided on the car, they immediately beat a deal we had elsewhere. They made it a no-brained. The entire process took less than an hour and a half before we were driving our new Volvo home. Could not be more pleased!! Would recommend this dealership and staff to anyone. Also, we live a couple hours away from these guys, don't let distance separate you from a great deal - totally worth the trip!!! More
Screwing those who served! Worst experience I have had buying a car over last 30 years! I bought a used Maserati. They lied about condition of car. I asked twice over phone if the car leaked oil and was told twice that it did not. I could smell oil burning the first time I drove the car. I paid to have the car shipped by the dealership. The Maserati was delivered unannounced to a local Maserati dealership in Minneapolis with no pre-shipping paperwork to verify condition before it left the Dean Team. I called and emailed multiple times, but no response from the salesman or General Manager! I have security video from Minneapolis Maserati dealership showing delivery and video of inspection done by Maserati dealership at time of delivery showing oil leaks and damaged parts on the car. They won't even provide the name of the shipping company after repeated requests. Their motto is, "honoring those who served," I would say more like, "Screwing those who served!" More
