They made it a no-brained. The entire process took less than an hour and a half before we were driving our new Volvo home. Could not be more pleased!! Would recommend this dealership and staff to anyone. Also, we live a couple hours away from these guys, don't let distance separate you from a great deal - totally worth the trip!!! More
Screwing those who served! Worst experience I have had buying a car over last 30 years! I bought a used Maserati. They lied about condition of car. I asked twice over phone if the car leaked oil and was told twice that it did not. I could smell oil burning the first time I drove the car. I paid to have the car shipped by the dealership. The Maserati was delivered unannounced to a local Maserati dealership in Minneapolis with no pre-shipping paperwork to verify condition before it left the Dean Team. I called and emailed multiple times, but no response from the salesman or General Manager! I have security video from Minneapolis Maserati dealership showing delivery and video of inspection done by Maserati dealership at time of delivery showing oil leaks and damaged parts on the car. They won't even provide the name of the shipping company after repeated requests. Their motto is, "honoring those who served," I would say more like, "Screwing those who served!" More

The amount of sitting and waiting could have been reduced by my guess is that had more to do with buying a car on a Saturday afternoon than the efforts of the staff. More
Hostage Service/Parts Pricing 2006 Volvo S 60 2.5 T It's hard to be civil in discussing my recent experience in getting price quotes for my Volvo. In response to an automatic a 2006 Volvo S 60 2.5 T It's hard to be civil in discussing my recent experience in getting price quotes for my Volvo. In response to an automatic alert for maintenance at 120,000 mile service I called for a quote. The service book calls for a timing belt, plugs, filters, check ups etc. The quote was about $1600. I got the same work done with guaranteed OEM parts for $941 from a certified mechanic. That is almost excusable, until I lost my key fob and my spare is partially broken. I called for a replacement FOB and key. The cost for that is $375. This is simply outrageous. I started compiling a list of electronic items I can purchase for $375. I could get an entry level laptop. A smartphone with as much computing power as we used to go to the moon. 4 inkjet printers. A 10 megapixel digital camera. A GOPRO. What Volvo doesn't understand is that they completely destroy customer loyalty by what I can only title "Hostage Pricing." There is NO practical justification for charging this except that they can because they have made it very difficult for locksmiths to attain the necessary programming. I ran a multimillion dollar retail company. We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to bring customers in and make them loyal. Volvo people, why would you spend millions advertising your products and then charge them so much for a simple device that you drive them away from ever purchasing your product again??? It's not only irritating to us, it's is just stupid. More

Overall, it was great working with Don - we did a very fair trade-in and were able to include add-on's that weren't typically in a car purchase at no cost. They have the best selection in St.Louis for Volvo's (we checked before we went) and we're 100% happy with the purchase. Thanks Don & team! More

Gordon the salesman and our finance man Dave amazing!!!
