Kurt Convey was very helpful in letting me check out a new XC60, and we talked about what I wanted, needed, and also my history with Volvos. I left that day and brought my wife back the next day (Saturday), and threw Kurt a curveball - she was not as enamored with the XC60, and wanted to look at wagons. Kurt set us up to drive an XC70 in excellent condition, we talked, and Kurt made it very easy to talk about the car and the what/when/how. We came back Monday and bought the car. Very easy, and no pressure. Scott Varnum made the closing simple and straightforward as well - explaining each of the forms and what they meant.
