My husband and I were looking for our first Volvo XC90 and eager to get our current vehicle traded in. We waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes before we went looking for him, he was with another customer and had forgotten about us. Cool. We left for Dean Team Volvo and met Pat at the door. He took the time to sit in the vehicle and explain the features, he answered our questions and listened to our specific requests. He didn't have a car that fit the list but he quickly located one at another dealership. Within three days he had the car claimed on our behalf and had it transported to the dealership. Paul was great at showing us the car and asking our needs without being an overly pushy sales guy. We both felt he wanted to make sure we were happy with the car and that it met our needs and not just make the sale. We traded in our Hyundai Sonata and were given a very fair trade in value. The whole process including test drive, going over car details, trading in our car, getting approved for loan, and driving the car away was a total of 3 hours!!
