When we arrived we were met by Shane. He made it a great experience all the way through the process. While we were waiting for all the paper work to go through, we noticed how friendly the service departmen experience all the way through the process. I purchased a car from the Dean Team Kirkwood and I am now exploring legal options because they promised me in writing that they would make adjustments to the car, and go figure, they didn't do it. I g now exploring legal options because they promised me in writing that they would make adjustments to the car, and go figure, they didn't do it. I gave them 5 opportunities, they even claimed a body specialist did a tiny change to it... the quote was "the change was like a molecule". So if anyone knows a good lawyer that handles breach of contract issues and has had success against car dealers let me know. I cannot say strongly enough that people should use EXTREME CAUTION when dealing with Dean Team Kirkwood. More
