The first car we bought from Dean Team had some issues with the alignment and body that weren't discovered until after we had bought it. The Carfax was clean and the problems were fixable, but I wanted a with the alignment and body that weren't discovered until after we had bought it. After searching all around the U.S., Rich (and Colin, the GM) found us the exact same car without the problems and traded our original car for it. They made sure our new car was clean and in great shape, fixed all the minor cosmetic things from normal wear and tear on a 3 year old car. Our car looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted! More

I love that a bubble on a tire gets handled, but when they put in writing that they will fix my car and end up not doing it there is no resolution.
