Dave Schulz is the guy that ruins the car buying experience for everyone else in the business. Once you've worked with Dave, you'll never want to buy a car from anyone else. Seriously the *worst* experience I have ever had w any car transaction. They lie, they bait and switch. They would tell me they "had my car on the lot for me to drive home" ... 3 times ... never happen car transaction. They lie, they bait and switch. Gave me completely the backwards advice for buy a used Porsche. After the 4th trip, I just picked up my car (they had put me in a rental xxx so that I would drive around w their logo splashed everywhere). The Attorney General should shut them down. They lied to me and tried to belittle me, push me around. Told me I didn't have enough money to drive a used Porsche (They said 30 banks turned my app down! What a joke) Oh they tried to tell me that there wasn't a dead cylinder in one of their 911's I refused to drive bc it sounded like it was die any second. I did drive 2 "drove to death pieces of crud", and then another smelled so strong of smoke I couldn't drive it. They tried to me me feel like an idiot of that too! - Saying the "problem" had been -fixed- the smell and I was just to sensitive. Oh and lets see, Michelle told me if my parents loved me they would by me car - I'm 40! Wanted to know if I had any jewelry they could "use" - no joke. After putting up w this 1 week. I went to 1 other place. Got my financing on the spot (4%) and the one owner dream porsche that Dean Team said didn't exist in this state. I can believe I wasted a week of my life there. RUN from there! More

I would say that this was a busy day for the dealership and the finance part was slow. I worked with Nick and Dave and both worked with me well. I did not recieve my manuals for the car, but Nick responded quickly and will mail my maunals to me. Love my car, was second car I bought from the dean team and would definitely go back. I live in central Illinois and the inventory of 5 dealerships in the area was no where near what the Dean Team had to choose from. Was able to get the color, options and again great pricing for the new car I wanted. Thanks again Dean Team for being such a quality store. More
Jamie was personable and not pushy in the least, he did everything he could to give me the absolute best deal within my price range. did not listen to what i wanted, ended up with a car that was over my budget, salesman would not budge on his price and charged me higher when i asked for 15,000 miles on my lease and which i told him upfron was over my budget, salesman would not budge on his price and charged me higher when i asked for 15,000 miles on my lease and which i told him upfront that i drive 17 + miles to work they gave me 10,000 miles. salesmen very pushy and i somehow i signed the papers and had to back out. constantly called and emailed me asking about my car purchase and when I will be back in to look at cars. This was my first car purchase and when I called the salesman on Monday to put the car back on the lot they blamed me for not telling them what I wanted. In which I did and they didn't tell me about any financing options and told me leasing was my only option. More
