When my mother and I entered, Tom Morgan was the first person to greet us. He was extremely friendly and attentive to my needs and wants for my new car. The Jetta SE he showed me and had me test drive was everything that I could have hoped my new car would be and more. It was in great condition with very low miles. I was so glad that he was quickly able to pinpoint the perfect car for me. I ended up purchasing the car on the spot and will now continually visit Dean Team Kirkwood and Tom any time I need my car serviced. When I arrived at the dealership she had already selected a vehicle for me knowing what my needs were. I insisted on looking around, but in the end I purchased the CC she thought was right for me. Here's the best part: she drove my old vehicle home for me (I wasn't trading a car). Since my purchase she has continued to stay in contact with me making sure that I am still happy with my new car. I'm one of those people that doesn't like buying cars. Nikki was exceptional in making the process fun and exciting if you can believe that. I found the car I was looking for at Dean Team Volkswagen on an Internet listing and requested a quote and test drive via that web site. I wasn't expecting much of a response as previous experiences using t on an Internet listing and requested a quote and test drive via that web site. I wasn't expecting much of a response as previous experiences using the same methods with other dealers wasn't terribly successful. This time, I received an automated e-mail message almost immediately (it was after closing time) and received a personal e-mail from Dave Shultz the next morning before the dealership even opened, and a test drive appointment was made for that evening. When I arrived that evening for the test drive the car was sitting right in front of the dealership entrance door, washed, and with a "reserved" sign in the window with my name on it. Dave was also in his office ready to go and waiting my arrival. The test drive was informative and the entire interaction that evening was casual and low pressure. By the time I left that evening I had a quote for a very good price in hand and a very reasonable offer on my trade-in. The next day I decided to buy the car and was able to reserve the car through another prompt exchange of e-mails and telephone calls. Delivery was as simple as it could be. Kyle Steinberg ran the paperwork while Dave finished prepping the car. Everything was fast and efficient with no pressure to sell any gimmicks, slip in hidden fees, or changes to the sale terms. All was exactly as we had agreed upon two days before. The paperwork drill could not have taken more than 15 minutes. A refreshing change from other experiences. Dave then ran me through all the key points of the vehicle and I hit the road a happy, satisfied customer. Unlike many dealers at other places, Dave responds quickly by phone or e-mail. Calls were returned within 30 minutes of being left, and e-mail was returned about as rapidly. There was none of the endless unreturned phone call attempts and hours on hold that you often experience at other places. The ease of communication, great pricing, and straightforward low pressure approach made buy the car from Dave and Dean Team VW a great experience. More

I was in the market for a small pickup & noticed one as I drove by the Kirkwood lot so I stopped as I have bought other vehicles from Dean dealerships. Josh Meng approached me to discuss the vehicle as as I drove by the Kirkwood lot so I stopped as I have bought other vehicles from Dean dealerships. Josh Meng approached me to discuss the vehicle as I entered the building. He had a very low key approach and gave detailed answers to my many, many questions. He spent a great deal of time with me & did not appear rushed. After I drove the vehicle, Josh called over Chuck Firestein to assist with completing the transaction. Then I learned that Josh was a new employee & that this was his first sale. That was surprising as he was so knowledgeable but I guess he was pretty excited & it really made it fun for me as well. Chuck & Josh gave me an excellent warranty and I bought the vehicle. A few days later, Josh called to tell me that he had located a second key to the pick-up which was a real help as they are not easy to replace. A few days after that, I noticed a problem with one of the tires. I drove to the lot and spoke with Chuck since Josh was not there. Chuck enabled me to have a new loaner car while 2 of the tires were replaced with new ones. I have never had such unbelievable service & help. Josh called again after that, to be sure that i was satisfied with what had been done. I'm writing this to tell every one what I told Josh - that he & Chuck had been fabulous in every respect and that I was very appreciative of the service and every courtesy that I had received. I have gone to Dick Dean in Kirkwood for over 15 years (I think I'm on my 6th Volkswagen) and have no reason to go anywhere ever again. I have been working with Dave Schultz for the past couple of years and I completely trust him and know I'm always getting a great deal - he is fantastic at his job. I met Kyle Steinberg for the first time yesterday and it felt like I was talking to an old friend from the get-go. I have interacted with the guys back in service (JC and Anthony, I believe) and they are always in a great mood and make me smile.
