Because we live in close proximity Nikki has even told me that when it is time for my car to get serviced, she will bring me a loaner car to my work place and she take my car to get serviced and bring it back when she gets off work. I never thought I'd be able to afford a Touareg, but with the help of Kyle Steinberg, they were able to put me exactly where i wanted to be payment wise, even including an extended warranty, and I ended up getting more for my trade in than I expected. I felt very comfortable at the dealership and I cant believe how easy the whole process was, which is certainly not what I was expecting from a past experience with another dealership. Everyone there was so friendly and I could tell Tom really cared that I was happy with my new car. On top of everything, they give customers free car washes! The Jetta SE he showed me and had me test drive was everything that I could have hoped my new car would be and more. It was in great condition with very low miles. I was so glad that he was quickly able to pinpoint the perfect car for me. I ended up purchasing the car on the spot and will now continually visit Dean Team Kirkwood and Tom any time I need my car serviced. When I arrived at the dealership she had already selected a vehicle for me knowing what my needs were. I insisted on looking around, but in the end I purchased the CC she thought was right for me. Here's the best part: she drove my old vehicle home for me (I wasn't trading a car). Since my purchase she has continued to stay in contact with me making sure that I am still happy with my new car.
