I was extremely impressed with the staff at Dean Team VW! I was frustrated with the vw I bought right out of college and wasn't sure what my next step should be. I walked in with no intention of finding the car I wanted or having a deal in place. I first worked with Reese who was asking me all the right questions as to what I wanted. I came in on a day when it was -4 degrees out desperate for a solution to my problem. Reese to my surprise went and got a car ready for me to test drive. I fell in love with the tiguan and realized I had to have it! I became extremely overwhelmed once I realized I was going to do this. Reese came out with his first offer and I just wanted a day to think about it. Then came Dave and then Kyle trying to persuade me to lease that day. I will give it to them, they tried there very best to get a deal out of me! I needed a day to think about it and they gave me a deal they said they would work on that I couldn't turn down. I came back 2 days later and they made the impossible possible! I love my new SUV and I wouldn't have it unless it was for them! Kyle and Dave were very professional with me and gave me good advice as to what the best options were for me. I would like to thank them for treating me with the out most respect. My wife's Volkswagen was cleaned up nicely upon delivery and she was offered a couple of free future services as well. My Porsche was cleaned up VERY nicely and they even changed the oil and installed a new battery..Mike even offered me a free detail at a later point in time. Overall a very pleasant buying experience--I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mike Siska as salesperson, for they carry almost every make and model, including luxury brands. More

Meanwhile, Kyle was able to crunch numbers and seemed to understand what I was looking for in terms of features and price. They got me into a nice little Jetta that I am really enjoying. Follow up on the sale included prompt scheduling of a 30-day check up, a thank you note in the mail from Dave and even a holiday greeting. Dave's personal attention does not go unnoticed.
