He was very patient and worked very hard to try and get the wife and I, the best deal possible...and he succeeded! We went into the dealership with a trade-in that was on his last legs and Reese stayed until he made sure we left with something, which was way past closing on a Saturday. 2008 Volkswagen Purchase I enjoyed my experience with Nikki and the Dean Team. Most importantly they sold me the car that I wanted at a fair price. There were aspects of the buying experience which I would have preferred to avoid by purchasing my car from a place like CarMax because I don't like negotiating and think most dealers' sales techniques are antiquated. But ultimately, working with Nikki and Treff was a great experience. Nikki took the time to let me test drive my car multiple times and explained every button on the car for me. Treff was very patient throughout the financing portion of my experience. Although I did pay a bit more than I would've liked in the end, they were able to get my monthly payments where I wanted them, so I think it worked out for everyone in the long run. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them going forward and I LOVE my car. More
