Finally a dealership that is all about the customer!!!! I actually stumbled across Dean Team while heading back to a dealer in the area who did "not" follow up with me like they said. Decided not to go back, made a u-turn and stopped at Dean Team Kirkwood instead. In browsing, I saw the car I had been looking for but it was late and I wasn't sure about the price. AJ told me he would do a search to find specific things I was looking for. He called back the next day with results. I stopped back in, took a test drive, but still couldn't make a final decision so left again after tying up his and Treff's time for hours (until the place closed). Both were very patient with me. By the morning my decision was made - I had to have it!!!! I absolutely love my new Lexus IS350, but what I love the most is that I got the exact car "I" wanted, at the price "I" wanted, with the monthly payment "I" wanted. I felt like everything was about satisfying me which is what a car-buying experience should be. Can't tell you how many times I've walked into other places with my mind set on things, only to walk out saying "how did I let 'em talk me into this". I am a very happy customer and can't thank AJ, Treff, and the general manager enough for making my 1st luxury dream a reality.
