He does whatever it takes to not only find the car I want but make it work with my budget. He is a straight shooter and will not try and sell you something you don't need. I have purchased cars from other dealerships and after about 2 weeks felt as though I was taken advantage of in the situation. Dave was able to figure out a way to get me out of that car and into something that was a better fit for me. Dave feels more like a friend to me at this point and I trust him because he's always looking out for my best interests. I was in and out under a half hour with my latest lease because he had all of the paperwork prepared ahead of time. He knows VW vehicles inside and out and was able to give me a tutorial and had all the new technical features set up for me in a matter of minutes. Everyone at the Dean Team Kirkwood is always pleasant to work with, but Dave is why I keep going back. My son will be driving in a few years and I'll be sure to work with Dave when that time comes.
