I love these guys. I came to the Dean Team after a horrible experience with a car lot in HERCULANEUM. The short version of that story is I purchase a much needed vehicle I came to the Dean Team after a horrible experience with a car lot in HERCULANEUM. The short version of that story is I purchase a much needed vehicle from them and had it for almost three weeks when they contacted me and said they had messed up the paperwork and I didn't actually have financing for the car. They said they could put me in another car but when I went back to exchange the car they said my approval had expired and I had to return the car and take my car back. I was devastated. The car I had turned into them was in terrible shape and I drive 30 miles one way to work. A friend of mine referred me to Reese at the Dean Team when I told her my situation. When he heard my situation, he offered to help. I was skeptical given what I had just been through. I also knew getting financing wouldn't be easy. I sent everything he requested over the weekend and on Monday I received a call asking when I could come in. I went in on Tuesday and drove away in a 2017 VW Jetta with 100 miles. (The car that was taken back was a 2016 with 50,000 miles.) I was overjoyed. They treated me with such kindness ad really went the extra mile to make sure I was ok. I didn't think it was possible but thanks to Reese and the finance manager at the Dean Team, my car dreams have come true. Thanks you guys. More

They sell factory buyback "LEMONS" W/O Disclosure My wife and I told we were buying a practically new vehicle were the original owner "upgraded" their lease, this was the first of many lies and decept My wife and I told we were buying a practically new vehicle were the original owner "upgraded" their lease, this was the first of many lies and deceptive practices this "business" committed. Fast forward three years later when we attempted to trade the vehicle in at a Dean Team affiliate dealership, when we were informed for the first time that the 2013 Tiguan we purchased was a manufacture buyback "LEMON" that had a branded title. After going over the paperwork, I found that Dean Team Volkswagen Kirkwood only disclosed that our vehicle was purchased at a wholesale auction on the vehicle prior history form, and that its true manufacture buyback history was fraudulently withheld. When I went to speak with the dealership I was only met with unprofessional hostility, confrontation and a total lack of accountability for their wrong doing. I will never do any form of business with a Dean Team business ever again. More
