Rather than feeling like a high pressure sales experience (like we experienced at another VW dealer in town), it felt instead like Reese genuinely loved the car we were driving. He seemed more like an ambassador for VW and the GTI in particular and less like a car salesman. After we selected our car, negotiation was straightforward and we got a a very fair price for the exact car we wanted. They didn't have the exact color we wanted, so they ordered it for us and got it to us as soon as possible. Once we'd made the deal, Kyle, the finance manager got us a much better rate than we were initially promised and gave us some really good advice on how to user this loan to improve our credit. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I'd happily recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They Did What Others Couldn't I had been turned down by several dealerships for a used car because of my credit. I wanted to by a car on my own without a co-signer. I was browsing the internet and saw a VW Jetta in what I thought was my price range. I talked to John Townsend at the Dean Team and he showed me some nice cars, all with my one stipulation; the car had to have cruise control. They crunched numbers but it just wasn't possible without a co-signer. He finally asked if I had ever her ought about leasing. Long story short, I drove off the lot in a brand new 2017 VW Tiguan. On the way home, I realized it didn't have cruise control. It looked like it did, but they were the menu controls. I immediately called John and he said to enjoy the rest of the weekend and he'd call me Monday morning. By the end of the Monday, I drove off the lot with a different 2017 Tiguan with cruise control. I was so happy that John and everyone there found a way to make me happy in every way with my buying experience. This is the first brand new car that I've ever had, and I love it! Dean Team Volkswagon was the third dealership I went to... and they are the only ones that treated me with the up most respect and understood that even with a horrible credit score that was just like any other client. With that being said, Ruslan not only helped me get into the car that best fit my situation but a car that I wanted as well. In all... we looked at 5 cars. And out of those 5 cars they were able to get me a loan for one of them (in my opinion, the best out of all 5 cars). In this loan... my apr was by far the lowest out of all three delearships. Ruslan went above and beyond and not only gave me a car that fit my monthly expense but also found a lone that gave me the ability to get a car and have the lowest apt out of all the delearships I went to. Keith, the mellow family man, researched APR options and found me an even lower one at signing. I was given a great trade-in price and several options for model types within the Dean Team lots. When it was all finally said and done, the entire team definitely earned their money.
